Accounts with low stats will behave like noobs and train more slowly. This setting does not affect experienced accounts. It is strongly advised to leave noob mode enabled.

Exploring

Accounts roam and interact with the world keeping xp gains minimal. Fresh accounts spend the majority of their time exploring. Valuable or otherwise important items are banked and there are special rules for HCIM.
